The Contact details of a domain name can be modified from the domain management interface.
Apart from this, Contacts can be created and managed independent of the domain name(s), directly from within the Customer Control Panel as mentioned below:
Adding a Contact
Login to your Control Panel.
In the Menu, point to Domains -> Domain Registration -> Contact Management and then click Add.
Select the type of Contact you wish to add and provide the details for this Contact.

Basically, you can add a Contact of the type as mentioned below:
General Contact: This contact corresponds to the four Contacts (Registrant, Administrative, Technical and Billing) associated with most of the top-level domain names like .COM, .NET, etc.
.EU Contact: This type of Contact is specific to a .EU domain name only.
.COOP Contact: This type of Contact is specific to a .COOP domain name only.
.UK Contact: This type of Contact is specific to a .UK domain name only.
.CN Contact: This type of Contact is specific to a .CN domain name only.
.CO Contact: This type of Contact is specific to a .CO domain name only.
The Add Contact form supports the following, except for the Phone Number, Fax Number and Email Address fields:
Click Add to complete the process.
Contact thus added can be viewed from the Contact List page which can be accessed by pointing to Domains -> Domain Registration -> Contact Management in the Menu, and then clicking List. This Contact can be chosen to represent one or more Contacts for a domain name during the Registration process.
Modifying a Contact
Login to your Control Panel.
In the Menu, point to Domains -> Domain Registration -> Contact Management and then click List.
Click the Contact Id link of the Contact you wish to modify.
Click the Modify button.
Modify the details as required and click Submit to save the changes.
Note
Modifying the details of a particular Contact in this way will result in change of Contact details for all domain names using this Contact.
The Modify Contact form supports the following, except for the Phone Number, Fax Number and Email Address fields:
Modifying .US Nexus information associated with a Contact
If you associate a Contact with a .US domain name, you must specify the necessary Nexus information for it. You can modify this information at any time, from the Customer Control Panel. To do
this,
Login to your Control Panel.
In the Menu, point to Domains -> Domain Registration -> Contact Management and then click List.
Click the Contact Id link of the Contact you wish to modify. Then, click the Modify Nexus Information button.
Specify the new Application Purpose and Nexus Category for the Contact, as appropriate and click Continue to save the changes.
Modifying .COOP Sponsor details associated with a Contact
If you associate a Contact with a .COOP domain name, you must specify the necessary Sponsor details for it. You can modify this information at any time, from the Customer Control Panel. To do
this,
Login to your Control Panel.
In the Menu, point to Domains -> Domain Registration -> Contact Management and then click List.
Click the Contact Id link of the Contact you wish to modify. Then, click the Modify Sponsor Details button in the .COOP Contact Details page.
Details of the existing Sponsors will be listed. You can Modify the Sponsor Information here.
Click Change Sponsor Information button to save the changes.
Modifying the CED details associated with a Contact
If you associate a Contact with a .ASIA domain name as its CED Contact, you must specify the necessary CED details for it. You can modify this information at any time, from the Customer Control Panel. To do this,
Login to your Control Panel.
In the Menu, point to Domains -> Domain Registration -> Contact Management and then click List.
Click the Contact Id link of the Contact you wish to modify. Then, click the Modify CED Details button .
The existing CED details are displayed. You can modify them, as required.
Click Continue to save the changes.
Deleting a Contact
If a specific Contact is no longer required, you may delete the same by following the steps listed below:
Login to your Control Panel.
In the Menu, point to Domains -> Domain Registration -> Contact Management and then click List.
Click the Contact Id link of the Contact you wish to delete.
Click the Delete button and confirm the deletion.
